About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and designing advanced analog circuits for our linear converter solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop fully integrated LDO voltage regulator solutions in HVIC technology
  • Collaborate with a team of expert engineers to define and design cutting-edge analog circuits
  • Work on the architecture definition, design, and layout of LDO solutions
  • Participate in the development of next-generation industrial and automotive applications
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that drive decarbonization and digitalization
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Microelectronics, or a similar field
  • Experience with microelectronics simulators
  • Basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductors physics
  • Proficient in English
