Company Overview
A well-established global technology vendor is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to enhance their sales team. Partnering with GRS Recruitment, this role is pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and partners regarding ongoing opportunities.
  • Facilitate the acceleration of the sales pipeline to prevent deal losses and transaction stalls.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Participate in product training and stay informed about the company's offerings to present effectively to clients.
  • Ensure Salesforce is updated consistently with all relevant activities.
  • Create quotes in Salesforce and manage discount approvals as needed.
  • Supervise the daily functions of Inside Sales Representatives, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability.
  • Align departmental human capital with the company's HR strategy.
  • Act as a change agent, challenging existing structures and processes to support change initiatives.
  • Develop team capabilities and establish a robust succession plan.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and integrity.
  • A collaborative team player.
