About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a key member of our Technology Application Engineering and Market Development function, you will be responsible for leading projects with EMEA-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with various leaders to achieve project goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent delays or roadblocks.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project, providing regular reports to department leaders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of directly related experience.
  • Strong Project Planning & Organizational Skills.
  • Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP or any other Project Management certification preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adjust presentation to the audience level.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead people and facilitate rapid change in a consistent and structured manner.
  • Working knowledge of project management technologies and tools.
