About the Role

As a Data Quality Analyst at sennder, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department and the Network Quality Team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and identify logistic network inefficiencies, manage carrier delays and penalties, and ensure compliance with service quality KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Analysis: Identify and analyze logistic network inefficiencies to optimize performance.
  • Carrier Management: Work with carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms.
  • Operational Issue Resolution: Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring.
  • Supplier Performance Reporting: Build supplier performance reports to create presentations useful to management.
  • Process Improvement: Support the definition of processes to identify best practices and improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills; strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
