We are seeking a Frontend Technologies Architect to join our Innovative & Enterprise Architecture team in Milan. This team is responsible for defining architectural technologies and designing solutions for new projects, ensuring alignment with the Group IT strategy while addressing business process integration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess application impacts during the initial estimation phase of projects, develop High-Level Architecture, and prepare integration requirements.
  • Define architectural, technical, and integration specifications for Requests for Proposals during tender processes, along with evaluation criteria.
  • Create process and flow diagrams during project analysis.
  • Identify sources of issues and propose corrective actions during incident management.
  • Study global architectural principles and local integration, establishing best practices for frontend and CRM domains.
  • Explore new technologies and solutions that align with E.ON's needs, collaborating with both internal and external architects.
  • Verify and validate developments by Systems Integrators to ensure compliance with Salesforce data models and standard capabilities.
  • Maintain the Central Architectural and Processes Library, updating it with changes from High-Level or Process/flow analyses.

Areas of Focus:

  • Salesforce: CRM processes, particularly Salesforce Industries cloud, commodity and solutions catalog, Field Service, Sales & Support cloud.
  • Document Management systems related to contract management, digital signatures, and archiving.
  • Omnichannel architectures for inbound and outbound communications.
  • Integration of external customer portals with CRM and backend systems.
  • Implementation of DevOps methodologies within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Architect role.
  • Proficiency as a Solution Architect in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and experience in managing small projects.
  • Understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of main integration patterns (REST and SOAP APIs, Event Driven, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications (e.g., Togaf).
  • Understanding of Utilities Market processes for commodities and energy solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Background as a DevOps developer or familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
