**Job Description**

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and long drinks, ensuring their presentation, managing the bar area, and restocking supplies. The Bartender will also supervise junior bar staff and ensure that the quality of beverages meets the hotel's standards for presentation, taste, and hygiene.

**Requirements**

• Experience in a professional environment
• Specific hotel or restaurant training
• Knowledge of international cocktails
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid HACCP course
