About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at STMicroelectronics as a Service Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting users in the areas of automation and maintenance management, resolving incidents, designing and developing workarounds, and participating in the design and development of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support users in automation and maintenance management, including incident resolution and workaround development.
  • Design, develop, and deploy workarounds to resume production activities.
  • Collect and analyze user requirements and work with application teams for existing application enhancement.
  • Handle application qualification and acceptance testing (UAT) of new applications releases or new applications.
  • Participate in the design or development of applications, working closely with other application teams, equipment suppliers, and external software providers.
  • Perform equipment characterization (SECS-GEM) and test/deploy new equipment integration controller software (EIC).
  • Participate in updating existing EICs with new functionality.
  • Ensure on-call support to fix critical issues reported during non-business hours.
  • Participate in new solutions definitions/POC with the architecture group.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Contribute to site digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
  • Two or three years of experience in development, with a strong background in automation and maintenance management.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to travel and be on duty.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, MS-Azure, etc.) and cloud computing is an advantage.

  • Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge in Unix, Linux OS, Windows, C# software development, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, SECS/GEM, SecsSimPro, workflow framework, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, HTML, web services, perl/shell scripting, and Python.
