Position Overview:

Marsh McLennan Companies is a leading global consulting firm specializing in talent, health, retirement, and investments. Our mission is to assist clients worldwide in enhancing the health, wealth, and careers of their most valuable asset — their workforce.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic candidates to bolster our Wealth and Retirement division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Actuarial Consultant in Retirement Solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced consultants to deliver actuarial support and advisory services to our clients within the retirement sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute actuarial computations and analyses.
  • Conduct and assess actuarial valuations in line with International Accounting Standards.
  • Generate accounting reports and forecasts.
  • Develop evaluation reports adhering to International Accounting Standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory updates concerning retirement benefits.
  • Utilize our evaluation and reporting tools independently.
  • Manage and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Initial experience in related roles or within a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VBA.
  • Commitment to high-quality deliverables and adaptability in a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
