Job Summary:

Lynne Palmer Executive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Visionary to lead our team as a Strategic Brand Leader. As an Innovation Director, you will be responsible for driving the development of our brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all internal and external customer touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of UI/UX, Graphic Design, and Photography professionals to deliver best-in-class creative solutions.
• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's business objectives and reinforces our brand identity.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, and Sales, to build frameworks that empower and enforce consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Customer Insights: Work with the Business Intelligence team to synthesize customer insights and data into creative solutions that drive business results.
• Culture Development: Foster a team culture that prioritizes strategic testing and learning, focused on KPI optimization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience: Proven track record of success in B2C and B2B brand and creative leadership roles.
• Leadership skills: Ability to build, lead, motivate, inspire, and retain remote creative talent.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Digital expertise: Demonstrable understanding of digital and social platforms.
• Business acumen: Ability to bridge creative and strategy, grounded in business objectives.
