RINA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join its team in Genoa, Italy. As a key member of the Certification Digital Development Division, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing IT tools and programs adopted by the commercial, technical, and administrative functions.

• Collect and analyze business user requirements to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and compliance needs.
• Negotiate priorities with IT Project Managers and define development planning.
• Manage the User Acceptance Test phase, involving users and IT Project Managers as necessary.
• Train and support business users in using tools and programs, and adopting new digital solutions.
• Support the Service Desk in identifying problems and solutions.
• Configure standard and custom profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in IT project management, application design, and development activities (demand management).
• Experience in configuring Salesforce Field Service product and APP (standard and custom configuration of profiling, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards).
• Appreciated knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
• Nice to have Salesforce Certifications (e.g., administrator, APP builder).
• English B2 or higher.
• Nice to have knowledge of agile methodology.
