Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Calibration and Maintenance Expert to join our Quality Control team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the correct calibration and maintenance status of our QC laboratories' equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily calibration activities to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Manage equipment calibration status, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
  • Provide support for analytical hardware and software-related tasks, adhering to logical security regulations
  • Ensure accurate documentation management, both in paper and electronic format, in compliance with GMP regulations
  • Train users on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Participate in instrumental documentation issues and updates
  • Manage vendor relationships and supervise activities

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (Chemical, CTF, or equivalent) or diploma with meaningful experience in this role
  • Previous experience in a GMP pharmaceutical laboratory or as a supplier for laboratory equipment production company
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of GLP/GMP regulations
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques, laboratory equipment, and related software
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Collaboration, self-organization, and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of data management systems (Trackwise, Documentum) is helpful
