About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Industrial Controller to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our luxury goods business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and reports to support business decision-making
    • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and trends
  • Cost Management
    • Design and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs and improve profitability
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including production, quality, and R&D teams
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
    • Provide financial guidance and support to business partners to ensure accurate forecasting and planning
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including accounting standards and tax requirements
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow management and credit control
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP
