About the Role

**Job Summary**

Costa Crociere S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer and Kubernetes Administrator to join our shore-based teams in Technology roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex Cloud solutions and setting up, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes applications on small-footprint devices and across different environments.
  • Develop and maintain Cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
  • Train teams on the implementation of new Cloud technologies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate degree and years of experience in Cloud computing or other IT fields.
  • Previous experiences with Kubernetes cluster networking.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer and/or Kubernetes Administrator.
  • Experience with on-premises edge Kubernetes solutions such as SUSE K3S deployed as cluster or single-node solution and Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
