About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain safety, efficiency, and achieve significant professional growth within Amazon, potentially paving the way for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training and coaching aligned with Amazon's standards.
- Collaborate with managers and associates to review and enhance site-training completion rates.
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the training experience.
- Work with stakeholders across Italy and Europe to pinpoint areas requiring further training and development.
- Assist in auditing metrics related to safety, quality, and processes across various sites.
- Train and mentor associates to become ambassadors who can provide coaching and training to local teams.
- Develop efficient training plans.
- Actively participate in workshops by providing data and precise analysis.
- Assess compliance with processes.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze scenarios for optimization.

About the Team
The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital to our operational success. As part of ATS, you will join a diverse group that plays a key role in our achievements. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art Sortation Centres, you will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of Amazon's transportation.

Our team leverages data to inform decisions, making us integral to Amazon's innovation and efficiency. We prioritize safety, recognizing that our people are our greatest asset, and we harness their expertise to ensure packages reach their destinations swiftly, conveniently, and sustainably.

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in clear communication, including delivering training to groups and creating related materials.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) in a professional setting.
- Advanced proficiency in the local language.
- Fluent English certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Analytical mindset demonstrated through relevant projects.
- Data-driven approach based on prior experience.
- Certification or relevant experience in training, coaching, or teaching.
- Evidence of public speaking skills from previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications
While preferred qualifications are not mandatory for application, they are valued. Candidates with the following will be considered favorably:
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or teaching roles.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities effectively.
- Relevant degree.
- Demonstrated experience in clear communication and training delivery.
