We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at Haleon. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers, particularly in the Indirect Pharmacy channel, chains, and e-Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Learn the basic principles of Key Account Management and contribute to the development of sales concepts and go-to-market strategies.
- Support the Sales team in monitoring and updating prior clients' lists, updating documents and sales records, and monitoring sales performance against sales targets.
- Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions, especially on slow-moving products and returns dynamics.
- Be involved in defining business plans and help customers develop business programs.
- Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
- Learn and apply sales techniques.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong self-motivation, ability to work alone or as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good level of English.
