The Project Director is a key member of our team, responsible for managing consulting projects end-to-end. This includes business development, client relationships, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and growing existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with our team of field workers to gather data and insights, and develop strategic recommendations for clients
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, and work with them to implement changes and improvements
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant area, such as Business Studies or Life Sciences
  • Advanced business degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationships, and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
