The Key Responsibilities
- Attend on-site meetings and take accurate meeting notes
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records
- Take high-quality photos of site activities for progress reporting
- Monitor and track construction progress through infrastructure trackers
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in setting up project timelapse cameras and monitor status
- Support the Senior Construction Manager in project coordination
