Stiamo cercando un/a Product Assurance Manager per la nostra sede di Nerviano (MI) nell'ambito dell'Area di Business Electronics, Quality Assurance.
Compiti e Responsabilità- Partecipazione ai riesami di Offerta/Contratto;
- Partecipazione nella definizione dei requisiti qualitativi di un programma/progetto;
- Partecipazione nella pianificazione del programma/progetto (piano qualità, piano controllo progetto, piano delle prove, etc.) e definizione degli standard e/o normative da applicare al programma/progetto, compresi gli aspetti di SW Quality Assurance;
- Verifiche di attuazione dei piani di programma/progetto;
- Verifiche sulla documentazione di progetto (specifiche, disegni, etc.);
- Partecipazione ai Design Review relativi al Ciclo di Vita del Prodotto (System Requirement Review - SRR; System Design Review - SDR; Preliminary Design Review - PDR; Critical Design Review - CDR; Test Readiness Review - TRR; Formal Qualification Review - FQR);
- Partecipazione/conduzione di FCA/PCA;
- Partecipazione Audit (fisico e funzionale) da condurre prima della chiusura della baseline SW di prodotto;
- Partecipazione alle attività testing del SW;
- Partecipazione agli audit di programma/processo;
- Misurazione, durante tutto il Ciclo di Vita, dei parametri significativi che definiscono la qualità del prodotto;
- Reporting al management dell'analisi dei risultati misurati sia sul processo che sul prodotto;
- Partecipazione nel processo di miglioramento continuo (process improvement);
- Partecipazione nelle attività di formazione aziendale per i processi di qualità;
- Titolo di studio: Laurea tecnica (preferibilmente ingegneria);
- Livello di esperienza richiesto: Expert (3-5 anni);
- Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: Buona preparazione tecnica di base finalizzata alla corretta gestione del Ciclo di Vita del Prodotto. Conoscenza degli standard DO 178 e DO 254;
- Rappresentano un plus: Conoscenza degli standard e/o normative di riferimento per un Sistema di Qualità (ISO 9001, EN 9100) ed una formazione di base relativa a tecniche di auditing nell'ambito di un sistema di gestione della qualità (verifiche ispettive);
- Competenze comportamentali: Capacità di lavorare in team; Capacità di mediazione/comunicazione; Approccio organizzato e sistematico all'analisi dei problemi e, soprattutto, alla sintesi (reporting);
- Conoscenze Informatiche: Conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office, in particolare Word ed Excel. Conoscenza dei tool di gestione dei requisiti (es. DOORS);
