We are seeking a highly skilled IACS Registrar to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients at French Consulting. As an IACS Registrar, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative office, providing direction to our clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue DBIDS Cards to authorized personnel, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Process access roster lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the IACS administrative office, providing backup and relief as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • US citizen over 18 years old.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Experience in customer service administration, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • US ID card holder with base access.
