YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training requirements and create customized learning initiatives.
- Design and implement engaging and impactful educational programs utilizing diverse methodologies.
- Facilitate dynamic and effective training sessions.
- Develop and maintain training resources and all associated documentation.
- Assess the success of training initiatives through evaluations, surveys, and participant feedback to drive ongoing enhancement.
- Engage with external partners and specialists to broaden and deepen our training offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and staff to cultivate a culture of ongoing development.
- Oversee reimbursement procedures and funding requests.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Personnel Development, Learning & Development, or a comparable role.
- Strong creativity and project management capabilities.
- Understanding of training design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English, Italian, and German.
