**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Metallurgist Specialist to join our team at our Center of Excellence Metallurgy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and optimizing process units to improve efficiency and productivity;
• Supporting sales activities and providing technical expertise to customers;
• Developing and implementing control systems to ensure smooth operations;
• Coordinating start-up and commissioning activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
• Managing and updating technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements;
• Supporting certification procedures and managing related documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Direct experience and knowledge of steel production cycles;
• A technical degree in a relevant field, such as metallurgy or materials science;
• Proficiency in the English language, with knowledge of German language an asset;
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
