Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining facility, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the food and service provided.
Requirements:
- Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in food service management.
- Skills: Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
