Position Overview:

Corporate Information Technology Analyst - Internship

The selected candidate will play a crucial role within our project team, focusing on the enhancement of Human Resources processes. Responsibilities will include system configuration, data management, report generation, and providing training and support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the gathering of business requirements and maintain project documentation;
  • Assist in the deployment of IT solutions that facilitate HR processes, primarily utilizing Oracle HCM, Cloud, and Zucchetti Infinity;
  • Support the team with system configurations, approval of deliverables, and testing phases;
  • Ensure that the proposed solutions align with business requirements;
  • Aid in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for users;
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and the creation of HR reporting frameworks, while monitoring the effectiveness of cost-benefit outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferably recent graduates);
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.

This internship, lasting six months, will be based at our headquarters in Cesena, offering a reimbursement for expenses and meal vouchers.
