About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary projects and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for data centre projects.
  2. Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop design solutions.
  3. Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  1. Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Building Engineering.
  3. At least 10 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems.
  4. Experience working on data centre and industrial building projects.
  5. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
