Key Responsibilities- Innovate ANC Systems: Lead the design and development of ANC systems using model-based design, with a focus on enhancing the in-cabin sound environment.
- Pursue Innovation: Research and implement the latest innovations in road and aerodynamic noise cancellation to boost both comfort and vehicle performance.
- Analyze Noise Transmission: Collaborate with NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) teams and other key stakeholders to better understand how noise travels through the cabin and how to control it.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your expertise in ARNC (Active Road Noise Control) through data analysis, virtual modeling, and rapid prototyping with hardware.
- Develop Performance Evaluation Tools: Help develop performance evaluation tools and objective metrics that assess the success of ANC systems.
- Test and Refine: Conduct in-vehicle acoustic measurements and subjective evaluations to fine-tune and verify noise cancellation system performance.
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Sound Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming and system development using Matlab/Simulink, experience with rapid control prototyping techniques, and basic understanding of noise transmission analysis and NVH systems.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with rapid control prototyping tools such as dSpace or Speedgoat, experience with FEM (Finite Element Method) simulations using Comsol Multiphysics, and advanced expertise in Matlab/Simulink for development and rapid prototyping.
- Soft Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
