Location: Vicenza

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer passionate about crafting visual communication for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and leveraging performance metrics. The selected candidate will utilize various tools and software to deliver not only visually appealing designs but also to enhance the effectiveness of online brand communication.

As a UI Designer at Develon, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, UX designers, and developers, on diverse projects for international clients. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, focusing on achieving a harmonious balance between visual appeal, user experience, and the key performance indicators established with clients.

A strong understanding of client requirements is essential, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs and the ability to engage effectively with both clients and multidisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate for client objectives
  • Utilize design software such as Photoshop and InVision to create and present mock-ups
  • Demonstrate proven experience in user interface design across various platforms, including websites and applications
  • Collaborate with UX designers and front-end developers to generate innovative design solutions
  • Develop effective visual communication strategies tailored to each digital touchpoint
  • Present design concepts and articulate the value of aesthetic decisions to clients
