Il Production Planning Manager è un professionista che gestisce un team e si occupa di pianificare, programmare e verificare il flusso dell'intero ciclo produttivo in accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali.

Responsabilità Principali
  • Pianificazione e Programmazione: pianifica e programma il flusso dell'intero ciclo produttivo in accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali, collaborando con il Responsabile di Produzione.
  • Schedulazione e Pianificazione delle Linee Produttive: schedula e pianifica le linee produttive in ottica di ottimizzazione produttiva, confrontandosi con il Demand Planner e il Responsabile di Produzione.
  • Programmazione degli Ordini: fornisce una programmazione tempestiva degli ordini al fine di raggiungere sia gli obiettivi finanziari interni che le date di consegna concordate con il cliente.
  • Garanzia della Consegna: garantisce la consegna, nei tempi e nei modi previsti, dei materiali necessari alla produzione, coordinandosi con fornitori e enti interni per risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.
  • Monitoraggio del Flusso di Asservimento: garantisce un efficiente flusso di asservimento delle linee, monitorando il valore di magazzino.
  • Supporto alla Ricerca e Sviluppo: supporta la Ricerca e Sviluppo su nuovi progetti.
  • Coordinamento con il Sistema Gestionale di Produzione: è key user del sistema gestionale di produzione MES e dei sistemi gestionali di schedulazione e programmazione.
  • Notifica alle Vendite: notifica all'ufficio vendite qualsiasi impatto della pianificazione sui clienti.
  • Supporto alla Pianificazione Produttiva: supporta la pianificazione produttiva per garantire il rispetto dei programmi delle vendite.
  • Coordinamento tra Magazzino e Acquisti: coordina tra magazzino e acquisti in caso di scarsità di materiali.
  • Definizione dei Percorsi di Crescita Professionale: è responsabile, insieme ad HR, della definizione dei percorsi di crescita professionale di tutto il personale del reparto al fine di adeguare le competenze di tutti all'evoluzione tecnologica degli impianti ed alle esigenze aziendali.
Requisiti
  • Formazione: laurea in discipline economiche o gestionali e inglese fluente.
  • Esperienza: almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella funzione di coordinamento in aziende di largo consumo modernamente strutturate.
  • Conoscenze Tecniche: conoscenza approfondita di uno dei principali sistemi ERP presenti sul mercato (preferibilmente SAP) e conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office in particolar modo Excel.
  • Abilità: ottime capacità di coordinamento e di team working.
Contratto

Contratto diretto con l'azienda, a tempo indeterminato.
