Position: Civil Engineering Project Specialist

We are seeking a proficient Civil Engineering Project Specialist to become part of our Engineering Centre. In this role, you will manage discipline-related activities throughout the project lifecycle or during the bidding phase, ensuring adherence to corporate and project protocols, timely delivery of project outputs, and compliance with the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile the project deliverables list for the discipline, ensuring synchronization with the requirements of other disciplines
  • Review and authorize all discipline-related deliverables (including specifications, datasheets, drawings, and reports)
  • Evaluate engineering documentation from subcontractors and vendors
  • Facilitate effective communication with project discipline teams, project management, and client representatives
  • Examine contract details and technical annexes, addressing any inconsistencies and preparing necessary clarifications
  • Develop technical specifications while ensuring compliance with applicable design criteria and standards
  • Provide insights for progress tracking and forecasting to the Project Controls Department
  • Guarantee the quality of deliverables in terms of technical content, compliance with design criteria, and contractual obligations
  • Monitor design discrepancies between detailed and bidding phases
  • Assist in the development of the 3D model and support the 3D Model Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in EPC projects
  • Strong theoretical and practical expertise in Civil Engineering along with proficiency in relevant methodologies and tools
  • Fluency in English and a good command of French

Additional Information

Work Location: Fano (PU), with occasional travel within Italy and Europe
