Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice on beauty products and services.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Sephora's products and services.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new launches, trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Fluency in Italian and English, with a working knowledge of French an asset.
