Hirebridge is seeking a skilled Prep Cook - Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food ingredients and supporting the execution of our culinary vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items, adhering to company specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
- Follow proper sanitation protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
