Dolce&Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, is seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Analyst to support its in-house Beauty Division.

The Logistics Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through business-to-market channels and the timely fulfillment and shipment of orders. This position will work closely with Operations partners to meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization.

The Logistics Analyst will report to the DG Beauty Logistics Manager and be responsible for:

  • Cost Control: Managing and optimizing logistics costs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Tracking shipments across multiple channels and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Inventory Control: Administering and maintaining inventory control program systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Logistics Policy Development: Supporting the development and maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, and support plans.
  • Fleet Management: Managing and monitoring the performance of the entire fleet, including routing and scheduling planning through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Logistics.

1 year experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and analytical skills.

Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
