- Identify opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sustainable growth.
- Performance Transparency and Reporting:
- Provide comprehensive and timely reporting, ensuring transparency and empowering decision-makers with accurate data-driven insights.
- Top Key Account Negotiations:
- Prepare and support commercial negotiations, creating profitable and strong relations with key accounts in the Italian food retail sector.
- Strategic Business Partnership:
- Collaborate on sales-related projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- People Management:
- Provide structure and guidance.
- Open communication, conflict management contributes to a pleasant work atmosphere.
- Employee development: support employees' growth, foster their potential, and ensure their development.
- Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance departments, aiming to optimize business processes.
- Controlling Excellence:
- Independently drive the evolution and expansion of our controlling tools, processes, and methods.
- Set and maintain high performance standards within your area of responsibility.
- Several years of experience in controlling or sales within an internationally operating company, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in people management.
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, process orientation, and a solid understanding of complex business contexts.
- High initiative, assertiveness, proactive problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborating effectively across departments.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP user knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools are beneficial.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German language skills are advantageous.
