Introduzione alla posizione:
Per una prestigiosa azienda multinazionale nel settore chimico biomedicale, siamo alla ricerca di un Specialista EHS e Facility Management.

Responsabilità principali:
La figura selezionata avrà il compito di organizzare e supervisionare la manutenzione degli edifici e delle attrezzature aziendali, garantendo il rispetto dei budget e delle normative in materia di Sicurezza, Salute e Ambiente. In particolare, si occuperà di:
1. Assicurare la corretta manutenzione delle attrezzature aziendali, in linea con le esigenze produttive e i budget stabiliti;
2. Redigere e attuare un piano di manutenzione preventiva;
3. Garantire l'esecuzione tecnica dei lavori nel rispetto del budget approvato;
4. Gestire la documentazione tecnica degli impianti in conformità alle normative vigenti;
5. Coordinare gli interventi dei fornitori esterni, assicurandone l'efficacia;
6. Stabilire priorità e tempi di intervento in accordo con i responsabili dei laboratori;
7. Promuovere il rispetto delle normative aziendali in materia di sicurezza e ambiente da parte del personale operativo.

Requisiti:
Il candidato ideale possiede un Diploma tecnico o una Laurea in ambito Meccanico, Energetico o affini. È richiesta una pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli simili all'interno di dipartimenti di Facility o Asset Management, preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali. È fondamentale avere una buona conoscenza delle logiche di gestione della Manutenzione Industriale e dei sistemi informatici di supporto. È inoltre richiesta una buona padronanza della lingua inglese. Costituisce un titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nel settore chimico o farmaceutico e la conoscenza delle attrezzature utilizzate nei laboratori Biologici/Molecolari.
