About the Role
As a pivotal member of our team, the Cluster Loss Prevention Manager will oversee security operations across a designated cluster of sites. This role is essential in safeguarding our workforce and minimizing losses within the Amazon supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of Security and Loss Prevention within your cluster.
  • Lead a team of dedicated Security and Loss Prevention professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional service across operational sites.
  • Conduct regular site audits and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Identify and manage risks, implementing effective prevention and intervention strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior management to align security initiatives with business objectives.

A Day in the Life
Your daily responsibilities will include tactical deployment of your team to address security-related tasks, prioritizing workloads, and assessing risks to maintain service level agreements. You will provide mentorship and expert guidance in all aspects of security management, from prevention to investigation.

Team Collaboration
Working within the Global Security Operations organization, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security measures and mitigate risks that could impact our associates, customers, and overall business operations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in security services, risk management, or related areas.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian, with upper-intermediate English skills.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • An advanced degree or industry certification.
  • Experience with physical security systems and investigative techniques.
  • Background in retail or supply chain security.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license.
