Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Make-Up Artist to join our team at MAC, Roma store. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the sales team to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Use your exceptional people skills to educate and inspire customers about our products and services.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry, is desirable.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the store.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
