- Oversee specific multidisciplinary tasks and critical engineering phases related to the project's financial plan and execution schedule.
- Provide updates to the Project Execution Manager (PEM) regarding the progress, planning, and significant challenges of assigned tasks.
- Assist the PEM in defining and preparing project coordination and engineering execution protocols.
- Ensure the quality of multidisciplinary project documentation aligns with contractual obligations while adhering to budgetary constraints and project timelines.
- Support the PEM in establishing fundamental technical decisions, identifying optimal solutions from technical, economic, and temporal perspectives, ensuring completeness and precision based on project specifications and guidelines.
- As a member of the department, the Project Engineer's responsibilities include:
- Assisting the PEM and Department Head in maintaining the continuous updating and application of standards, procedures, and operational instructions for both the department and the company.
- Engaging in knowledge sharing and experience exchange with colleagues across Group Companies.
- Encouraging the professional development of internal resources within the department and other departments by conducting specialized training sessions as needed, based on departmental requirements.
