We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer AC Power to join our team in a dynamic role.

 

Your Role in the Team

As a Customer Engineer, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv's AC power equipment. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to service calls in a professional manner.
  • Performing work in accordance with good working practices and relevant codes of practice/legislation.
  • Ensuring accurate accounting for spare parts.
  • Assisting in maintaining a high level of planned maintenance completion.
  • Collaborating with the service team to schedule and complete work.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting errors.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Submitting accurate and timely paperwork.
  • Being available to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.

 

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a technical service or test environment for AC power equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous field service experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A clean, valid driving license.
