Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our packaging operations in the food industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities, and addressing any impediments to progress.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Excellence
  • Supervise and coordinate the packaging process with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Implement practices for a safe, organized, and efficient working environment, maintaining high order and cleanliness in operational areas.
Process Improvement
  • Streamline and optimize production, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes through a culture and methodology of continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance
  • Work closely with the quality team to ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish a process for an elaborated follow-up of quality inputs, ensuring a solution.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track KPIs related to production, analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, reporting, and presenting recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Education
  • Degree or Master in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food industry.
Skills
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Lean Production, Greenbelt, Agile Methodology.
  • SAP, Power BI.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
