Insolvency Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating closely with the appointed liquidator or receiver on all facets of the engagement, including asset management, overseeing insolvent organizations, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Supporting distressed entities or individuals in their journey towards financial recovery through debt restructuring and asset liquidation.
• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of insolvency legislation and associated regulations.
• Working in conjunction with clients, legal advisors, and financial specialists as required.
• Identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and evaluating financial information.
• Examining financial records, creating financial models, and reporting to financial institutions.
• Executing additional tasks to assist the insolvency team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Qualification as an ACA or ACCA.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at managing multiple responsibilities and varying workloads efficiently.
• Proven analytical abilities, systematic problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• A collaborative team member with a proactive approach.
