Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate and maintain all internal communication channels, ensuring that content is approved and consistent across all mediums.
  3. Facilitate cross-functional engagement to promote learning and understanding of different teams' roles, responsibilities, and working practices.
  4. Ensure that internal communications messages are consistent and aligned with the company's overall brand and messaging.
  5. Partner with the Executive Team to develop and implement communication content, including quarterly results updates, All-Hands broadcasts, slide decks, speeches, and organizational messages.
  6. Develop and execute programs to enhance employee awareness and engagement of the company's vision, strategy, and programs.
  7. Collaborate with the People team to support the culture work stream within the change program, embedding culture, shared values, and a unified organization voice.
  8. Develop and implement change management and employee engagement strategies.
  9. Effectively measure and report back the impact of internal communications campaigns.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Internal Communication with a proven track record of leading successful Internal Communication initiatives.

Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines and dynamic conditions.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken). Spanish is considered a plus.
