We are seeking a skilled Trade Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at 0896 Deutsche Bank Società per Azioni in Milan. As a Guarantee Processing Expert, you will be responsible for the operational handling of guarantee requests and documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process instructions for guarantee requests and documents, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage related Swift messages and perform transactional compliance due diligence.
- Understand customer and third-party bank instructions, capturing data into the trade finance processing platform.
- Mitigate operational and regulatory risks during guarantee processing, providing control measures to ensure compliance.
- Manage internal stakeholders, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in banking, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in trade finance operations, with a focus on guarantees business.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in Italian, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
