We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at Kineton S.r.l. in Rome, Italy. As a Cybersecurity Governance - GRC expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of governance and compliance frameworks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of NIST and ISO standards to ensure compliance;
  2. Conduct regular IT audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions for applications, infrastructure, and industrial control systems;
  4. Develop and maintain documentation regarding compliance with ISO 27001 standards;
  5. Support the design of security solutions for applications, infrastructure, and industrial control systems;
  6. Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities to identify and address security vulnerabilities;
  7. Collaborate with the incident response team to manage and respond to security incidents;
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of security systems paradigms, including Active Directory, Radius, Firewalling, NAT/PAT, Proxy and reverse proxy, antivirus, SIEM, Log manager, authentication systems, EDR, XDR;
  9. Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement security hardening techniques for networks, complex systems, and perimeter security equipment;

Requirements:

  1. At least 3/5 years' experience in the Cybersecurity field;
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  3. Strong technical system skills, proven by having technically managed and maintained ICT and/or OT infrastructures;
  4. Knowledge of GDPR and Business Continuity (ISO and Disaster Recovery);
  5. Ability to interpret and assess security incidents from the analysis of logs of systems, networks, and perimeter security systems;
  6. Ability to restore systems in the event of a disaster (systems and networks);
  7. Knowledge of firewall check point systems, Fortinet, and SIEM Log 360 Manage Engine;
