Nell'ambito della nostra unità di gestione delle costruzioni, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager Senior. Le principali responsabilità includono:
- Garantire la pianificazione e l'esecuzione di progetti di investimento per interventi di manutenzione straordinaria e nuove costruzioni;
- Assicurare il corretto svolgimento dei progetti in termini di pianificazione dei costi e dei tempi, interagendo con il contesto produttivo e mantenendo relazioni con tutti gli stakeholder;
- Gestire le relazioni con il cliente interno e le funzioni aziendali per il controllo e il monitoraggio;
- Supervisione della gestione tecnica ed economica dell'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti, dalla fase di fattibilità alla realizzazione, coordinando le attività dei fornitori e dei vari interlocutori;
- Raccolta, verifica e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica e delle certificazioni necessarie secondo le normative vigenti;
- Aggiornamento e gestione costante dei database di controllo di gestione, come SAP e SIRE, e reportistica di progetto.
Requisiti:
Titolo di studio ed esperienza richiesta: Laurea magistrale in ingegneria o architettura con almeno 3 anni di esperienza (expert) o diploma di geometra con 7 anni di esperienza nella gestione di cantieri.
Livello di esperienza richiesto: Senior/Expert
Competenze tecniche:
- Competenze di Project Management;
- Conoscenza di software gestionali come winproject e/o primavera;
- Competenza nel pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza di Autocad;
- Familiarità con il DLgs 81/08 e la normativa sulla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.
Competenze comportamentali:
- Eccellenti capacità di problem solving;
- Ottime doti relazionali;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Abilità nella gestione del cliente;
- Orientamento agli obiettivi.
Conoscenze linguistiche: Inglese almeno B1
Conoscenze Informatiche: Pacchetti Office, Autocad. La conoscenza di BNIM è considerata un titolo preferenziale.
Altro: Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e a lavorare, se necessario, anche nei fine settimana e durante le ore notturne.
