Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an Image Project Management intern to join our innovative team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing various Image initiatives, encompassing Campaigns, Content development, and Special projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments (including Media, Art Direction, Merchandising, and E-commerce) to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Coordinate with external partners involved in the projects (such as production firms and creative agencies).
- Aid in the creation of timelines and monitor project schedules.
- Track estimates and invoices, highlighting any discrepancies with the approved budget.
- Review briefs received from the Marketing team to ensure all necessary inputs are gathered.
- Manage digital assets, establishing dedicated folders on Dropbox and servers.
- Compile meeting notes and project summaries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Pursuing studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset and strong team collaboration skills.
- Possesses a solid understanding of content creation and post-production processes.
- Exhibits attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passionate about the fashion industry and related domains (Design, Arts, etc).
- Proficient in English.
