Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Gruber Logistics GmbH. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Main Responsibilities

  • Elaboration and revision of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Management of hiring procedures, including coordination with external consultants
  • Administrative tasks related to personnel administration, such as registration and maintenance of personal data
  • Processing and control of attendance and absences for Italy and abroad
  • Preparatory activities for payroll processing, including timely delivery of relevant data to external consultants
  • Closing cooperation with payroll consultants to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in personnel administration, preferably in an international company
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform insights and decision-making
  • Reliability, discretion, flexibility, and strong relational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Preferably knowledge of Italian and/or German
  • Professional knowledge of MS-Office and preferably of Zucchetti programs
