Refrigeration and Ventilation Systems Engineer

- Oversee the safe operation, upkeep, and repair of refrigeration and ventilation systems, reporting directly to the facility manager.
- Monitor and supervise the temperature conditions of chilled and frozen storage areas, including refrigerant management.
- Document any leak occurrences and implement necessary corrective measures, along with maintenance of ventilation systems, ductwork, fire dampers, and all associated AHUs and FCUs.
- Lead the team of HVAC technicians specializing in refrigeration and ventilation by assigning job tasks and coordinating required spare parts.
- Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the complete HVAC system.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field focused on Refrigeration or Ventilation Mechanics.
- Extensive professional experience with industrial HVAC and central cooling systems; experience on cruise ships is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of relevant systems; F-Gas certification is required.
- A collaborative team player, customer-focused, and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
