The FP&A Trainee position at Richemont Italy is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to the FP&A team in the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to drive financial targets and provide data-driven insights to the team.
- Support the business cycle plan, budget, and forecasts, analyzing performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
- Work closely with the Reporting teams to ensure proper P&L/BS management during the closing period.
- Support the FP&A team on monthly activities related to data validation and creation to support the business.
- Provide variance analysis vs. plan and forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis, monitoring trends and proposing action plans to drive target achievement.
- Execute consistent and ad-hoc analysis with accurate and timely financial information critical to business leaders' decision-making processes.
- Excellent modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and knowledge of VBA/Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical background.
- Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities.
- Able to effectively work as a team member with a good level of proactivity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Fluent verbal and written English and Italian.
