YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are in search of a proactive, inquisitive, and resourceful professional to join our team at our facility.
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and equipment utilized in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities encompass researching automation methodologies, assessing new systems for operational efficiency, and strategizing factory layouts to enhance production. The Manufacturing Engineering Raw Post Molding team applies engineering and mathematical principles to evaluate manufacturing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) while driving process improvements. Additionally, they foster collaboration with other regions and engage in benchmarking activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance of manufacturing processes with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyzing production workflows, schedules, methodologies, and other relevant data, providing management with insightful reports to better understand future manufacturing requirements. This includes process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation).
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and experimental design (DOE) plans.
• Reviewing and calculating labor, material (both direct and indirect), and other production costs, while evaluating schedules and future production needs to support management decision-making.
• Planning and analyzing workflow, equipment placement, and spatial requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Conducting benchmarking activities.
• Standardizing and optimizing processes.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

A degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical capabilities, flexibility, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience studying or working abroad is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
