Position Overview

Gewiss is seeking a Global Trade Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will become part of a vibrant and energetic team, gaining the chance to work within a well-established multinational organization. This role will be situated in the Commercial Excellence division, and the responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the development of all necessary tools and initiatives to enhance Channel performance across various markets, collaborating closely with Channel Managers and integrating insights from Markets and Business Units;
  • Fostering ongoing communication with Marketing and Trade Marketing Teams in different Markets to promote best practices and harmonize processes;
  • Assisting Business Units and Markets in collaboration with Strategic Marketing to define the Go-to-Market strategies by channel for product, service, and solution launches aligned with the company’s roadmap;
  • Overseeing the Corporate Trade Marketing budget, including its definition, revision, expense monitoring at HQ, and coordination of Trade Marketing expenditures across markets;
  • Aiding Channel Managers in identifying new business development prospects through performance analysis and the discovery of emerging trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communication Sciences;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing roles, ideally within structured multinational environments;
  • Proficient command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and demonstrate proactivity;
  • Team-oriented mindset;
  • Capability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
  • Customer-focused approach, both internally and externally;
  • Project Management expertise;
  • Effective communication and public speaking abilities;
  • Strong critical thinking skills;
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation;
  • Competence in data and performance analysis;
