Position Overview:

The Dean of Volleyball Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the volleyball program within the Natrona County School District. This position requires a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement coaching duties, ensuring adherence to district policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate practice schedules, game logistics, and parent meetings in collaboration with school administration.
  • Ensure compliance with participant eligibility requirements and conduct regular evaluations of coaching staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance and safety of athletic equipment and facilities, ensuring all items are properly inspected and secured.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding schedules, eligibility, and conduct expectations.
  • Lead efforts in promoting a culture of safety and sportsmanship among all participants.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with a current coaching certification and CPR/First Aid training. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
